CSC APPROVAL PLATE
For cargo use, request the supplied container’s safety approval plate and current examination information.
Equipment delivery is planned around your product, destination and site. Confirm the complete delivery scope before accepting your quote.
Share your full delivery address and ZIP code when requesting a quote. Service availability, carrier access and any special routing are confirmed for that location. A product listing does not guarantee delivery to every destination.
Freight is quoted separately from the catalog reference price. Equipment size and weight, distance, unloading method, restricted access and additional services can affect the amount. Your written quote identifies the agreed freight charges.
Tell us whether you require ground placement, crane unloading or another handling method. Include photos of the entrance, route and placement area where possible. Confirm responsibility for lifting equipment, foundations, assembly and utility connections before dispatch.
Confirm packaging, delivery access and whether suitable unloading equipment is available. Engines require appropriate lifting and installation arrangements. Accessories and rigging should be checked against the confirmed packing list.
Availability, preparation time and transit estimates are confirmed during order review. Do not arrange contractors around an unconfirmed dispatch date. Tell Northern promptly if access, contact details or the delivery location changes.
Have an authorized person available to inspect the shipment. Check the product identity, quantity and visible condition before signing. Record visible damage or missing items on the delivery paperwork where possible, take photos and contact Northern promptly with your order reference.
If a vehicle cannot safely reach the agreed unloading area, contact Northern and the carrier to discuss the next step. Redelivery, storage, lifting or waiting charges, where applicable, must be addressed with reference to your written order terms.
Send your product reference and project questions to Northern.
Contact NorthernMatch the documentation to the equipment and its intended use. Ask Northern which records are available for your selected unit and delivery route.

For international shipments, check any applicable timber-packaging treatment and marking requirements.
